Turnip Greens.... Impossible

In a weak moment I bought canned turnip greens. I love turnips. Tried cooking greens from the garden once years ago & that was so so at best.

So today (many years later) I decided to try the canned variety. Opened can, microwaved per instructions. They tasted AWFUL.

Ok... added minced onions & stirred. Still awful.

Added garlic... still awful.

Added a more onions... no good.

Added a pinch of curry powder. Nope.

So... I give up on turnip greens.
